Limit

A limit is the maximum amount of money we will pay you for a covered loss. Some coverages have a single limit, which is the maximum amount that we will pay for a single incident. Other coverages have split limits, which include two numbers - the first is the amount we will pay per person involved in a single incident; the second number is the total amount that we will pay per incident, regardless of the number of injured parties.
