Halee Iskalis

VP of People

Halee Iskalis is Clearcover’s VP of People, leading the company’s people strategy across talent acquisition, benefits and total rewards, culture and multi-state compliance. Halee joined Clearcover in 2019 as Senior Human Resources Manager, became Human Resources Director in 2021 and was named VP of People in 2023, growing Clearcover’s people function alongside the business.

Before Clearcover, Halee spent nearly five years as a Human Resources Consultant at Paychex, advising businesses across the Chicago area on HR practice and compliance. Earlier, as a Recruitment Consultant at WilsonHCG, Halee built a foundation in talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing.

Halee holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
