Jennifer Crutchfield serves as Interim General Counsel and Head of Government Affairs at Clearcover. In her role, she oversees the company’s legal, regulatory, and governmental affairs functions, guiding strategy and execution across compliance, legislative engagement, and enterprise risk. Jennifer plays a key role in shaping Clearcover’s national regulatory relationships and advocating for modern insurance frameworks that support both innovation and consumer protection.

Since joining Clearcover, Jennifer has held multiple leadership roles, building and scaling legal and compliance infrastructure to support the company’s rapid growth and evolving product lines. She has been instrumental in launching new carrier entities, guiding corporate governance, and developing Clearcover’s approach to responsible use of emerging technologies, including AI.

Prior to Clearcover, Jennifer worked in both private practice and industry, where she advised on insurance regulation, legislation, consumer protection, and market conducts. She holds a J.D. from the University of Arizona and a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.
