Aaron Wheaton is the Chief Claims and Customer Service Officer at Clearcover, where he leads the team responsible for one of the industry’s fastest claims processes with a record-setting time of just seven minutes. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Aaron is recognized for his ability to drive innovation, foster team development, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Combining traditional operational excellence with cutting-edge technology, Aaron and his team aim to transform claims processes, achieving superior outcomes in service, accuracy, and efficiency.

Before joining Clearcover as Senior Vice President and Head of Claims, Aaron served as Vice President and Chief Claims Officer at Plymouth Rock Assurance, where he pioneered the use of SMS to enhance customer experience, streamline cycle times, and improve operational efficiency.

A proud lifelong Bills fan, Aaron lives in Buffalo, New York, with his wife and three children. He holds an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
