Senior Vice President of Engineering Pinal Soni oversees and leads all engineering teams at Clearcover. He joined the company in July 2020 to help build a world-class quality engineering organization and lead the Claims technology team, which propelled the rate of innovation and speed to market for software deliveries. Over the last three years, Pinal has played a pivotal role in growing the engineering organization across all functions while helping to streamline engineering processes and operations.

With more than 15 years of technical experience encompassing leadership and hands-on cross-functional engineering roles, Pinal is a strong leader. Specializing in agile methodologies, he has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. His expertise includes technology leadership, organizational design and maturing organization's processes to optimize speed and quality. Prior to Clearcover, Pinal held various leadership positions at VividSeats, Raise Marketplace and Pegasystems. He earned his master’s in Computer Science from George Washington University.
